Start with the result, not the service name
You do not need to arrive knowing the name of every salon service. Start with what you would like to change: your colour, brightness, length, fullness, shape or everyday styling. A few reference photographs can help explain the finish you have in mind. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a promise that your hair will look identical.
Bring your colour and chemical history, including anything used at home, and tell us how you usually wash and style your hair. Your routine, budget and willingness to return for maintenance all help the team recommend an appointment that makes sense for you.
Colour, highlights or balayage?
A colour appointment can cover regrowth, refresh an all-over shade or address faded tone through glossing or toner. Highlights place brightness in foils, with options from a T-section around the parting and hairline to a half or full head. Balayage blends lighter colour through the lengths; techniques and upkeep depend on your starting hair.
If more than one description sounds right, ask before booking. Existing colour, the finish you want and any preparation or testing can affect the recommended sequence. The team will confirm what is suitable and what needs to happen before treatment.
Planning length or fullness
Extensions begin with a consultation rather than choosing a fitting from a photograph alone. We assess your natural hair, discuss the change you want and match the method, length, shade and quantity. Tape, nano and weft are different options; the right choice depends on your hair and maintenance needs.
Your total has two parts: Remi Cachet hair and the professional Installation & Finish service. Hair is charged separately and quoted at consultation. An extension consultation is secured with a refundable deposit, shown on our current price list. A consultation request is an enquiry, not a confirmed fitting appointment.
Smoothing, cutting and finishing
If easier daily styling is your priority, discuss 72 Hair Smoothing with the team. Suitability is assessed before treatment, and its price includes the professional blow-dry. Cutting and styling may be a better starting point when you want a different shape, a restyle or a finished blow-dry rather than a colour change.
A Cut & Blow-Dry includes consultation, shampoo and finished styling. Wet cuts, dry cuts and styling-only bookings have different inclusions, so choose the complete appointment you want rather than assuming every cut has the same finish.
Confirm the complete appointment
Check the current prices for Faith and Sophia, then confirm your service, finish and total before proceeding. Standard colour includes a rough dry; a blow-dry or cut & blow-dry is an optional paid upgrade, and toner is separate where required. Package offers have their own stated inclusions.
Still unsure? Colour, balayage, scalp and smoothing consultations are complimentary. Request a consultation and tell us your goal. The team can confirm any testing, suitability and next steps before you commit to treatment at our Ewell salon, near Epsom.
