Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. Choose from Faith or Sophia, subject to availability. The new-client prices are Faith £42.50 and Sophia £32.50.
Will the 50% price show when I book?
Yes. The special new-client Cut & Blow-Dry service already contains the discounted price, so there is no promotional code to enter. Choose your stylist and the corresponding new-client price will be shown when you book.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Klarna is available on eligible Esther Alexander services over £30, subject to eligibility. Look for the Klarna payment option where available.
Does the offer include colour or treatments?
No. Colour, treatments, extensions, keratin smoothing and other additional services are separate.
What if I want a major restyle?
Please contact us before booking so we can make sure sufficient appointment time is reserved.
Can I combine this with another offer?
No. The offer cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or loyalty reward.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Call 020 8393 1515 or message the team as soon as you know. With enough notice, we can move your appointment or refund your appointment deposit if you cancel. Late cancellations and missed appointments are handled under our fair-charge policy.
